A copy of the letter sent to shareholders has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available on the Company's website\nwww.sportsdirectplc.com/investor-relations/shareholder-information.aspx\nThe withdrawal of resolution 9 does not affect the validity of the proxy form circulated to shareholders in respect of the 2019 Annual General Meeting or any proxy votes already submitted.
