Happy Holidays, Best Wishes for the Coming New Year \n2013 will be a memorable year in our Company?s history: we celebrated the tenth anniversary of resuming operations as an exploration stage mining company; and, while I celebrated my sixth anniversary as Chairman, there were yearend events we will remember better in 2014.\nDuring November and early-December, I spent four weeks in Oruro, Bolivia at the site of the Company?s new processing plant. What I was able to confirm during those weeks will have significant benefit for the Company and its shareholders in 2014.\n? I was able to observe, test and confirm cost and time estimates for processing our product\n? I was able to observe and confirm requirements for final processing of a finished product, ready for market delivery\n? I obtained the use of an improved process which will permit Franklin to improve purity of its finished product from 95.5% to 99.9%\n?
