[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 2141G\n Franchise Brands PLC\n 28 March 2022\n \n \n \n \n 28 March 2022\n \n \n Franchise Brands PLC\n \n \n (\"Franchise Brands\" \n or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) and Persons Closely Associated with PDMRs\n \n \n \n \n \n Franchise Brands (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand international franchise business, has been notified of the following transactions by PDMRs and PCAs in \n accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Meredian Settlement Trust, a person closely associated with Jason Sayers (Managing Director - Filta), has transferred a certificated holding \n of 9,171,029ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") into a CREST account. Following the transfer, the beneficial shareholding of Jason Sayers remains unchanged.\n \n \n \n \n Stephen Hemsley, Executive Chairman of the Company, has transferred 1,500,000 of his Ordinary Shares to his account with \n EFG Private Bank Limited (\"EFG\") and \n entered into a share pledge to EFG for these shares. Following the pledge, his total beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
