Subsequent to the completion of the recent fundraising on 30 April 2020, the total beneficial interest in the Company of Nigel Wray, Non-Executive Director of the Company, is 22,275,676 ordinary shares, which represents 23.39 per cent. of the current total voting rights in the Company.
