The Company announces that it has posted a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to Shareholders, a copy of which is available on the Company's website https://fragrantprosperity.com

The AGM will be held at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose St, London EC2A 2EW at 11 a.m. BST on 27 June 2025 in order to approve certain resolutions relating to the recent fund raise as well as regular resolutions for an AGM.
