Mr. Blann will remain as a Director of Happy Creek\nand has been appointed Chief Geologist of the Company.\n \n \n \n The Board has appointed Mr. M.S. (Mike) Cathro\n \n M.Sc.,\nP.Geo.\n \n as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer,\neffective March 23, 2021.  Mr. Cathro\n \n has been a\nDirector of Happy Creek since 2012.  Mr. Cathro resides in Kamloops,\nin close proximity to the Company’s projects. Mr. Cathro is an\nexploration geoscientist with more than 35 years of operational and\nexecutive experience in North America and overseas. Mr. Cathro has led\nand been part of successful teams advancing precious and base metal\nprojects through exploration, economic evaluation, environmental\nassessment, and permitting, including the Snip gold mine, GJ\ncopper-gold project, New Afton copper-gold mine and others. Mr. Cathro\nhas volunteered in many capacities, including as Chair of Geoscience\nBC, an independent, public geoscience research organization.\n \n \n \n \n Ms. Sarah Weber, P.Geo., MBA has been appointed as\nDirector of the Company, effective March 23, 2021.  Ms. Weber is a\nProfessional Geoscientist with over 20 years of diversified experience\nin the natural resource sector including extensive experience working\nwith Indigenous Communities and government within BC.
