GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces Change to Its Board of Directors

Toronto, Canada--(Newsfile Corp. - July 26, 2012) - GC-Global Capital Corp. (GDE.A:TSXV) ("Global Capital" or “the Company”) announces that effective July 25, 2012 Mr. William Atkinson has resigned from the Board of Directors due to personal reasons. Mr. Atkinson first joined the Board in 2004.
