Ewart as Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, effective October 15, 2017.  Since co-founding the Company in 2003, Mr. Ewart has served as CEO and Director.  The Company is searching for a new Chief Executive Officer and expects to fill the position on a timely basis.
