No Share Exchange Agreement with Fortune Graphite Singapore

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TORONTO, ONTARIO - (December 12, 2014) Fortune Graphite Inc. (GXG Markets:
FORT) (the "Company") As per the continued due diligence conducted by the
directors of Fortune Graphite Inc. (FORT), it has been determined that the
shareholders of Fortune would be adversely affected by the implementation of
the proposed share exchange agreement with Fortune Graphite Singapore;
referenced in the Company's press release dated September 17th 2014.
Upon the implementation of the share exchange agreement, the shareholders of
Fortune would be required to pay a very large capital gains tax on every share
exchanged. It has been concluded that the implementation of the proposed share
exchange agreement would not in the best interest of Fortune's shareholders.
Therefore, Fortune will not participate in the share exchange agreement with
Fortune Graphite Singapore.
