(GXG Markets:\nFORT) (the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that it has concluded the special\nShareholders Meeting (the \"Meeting\") held on Tuesday September 16, 2014 with\nshareholders agreeing to a share exchange with Fortune Graphite Pte. Ltd. of\nSingapore\n\nHowever, the shareholders have instructed the board of directors not to proceed\nwith the share exchange agreement until due diligence has been completed and\nnot to proceed if, upon the completion of due diligence, it is not in the best\ninterest of the company shareholders to proceed. The closing date will be\ndetermined pending the completion of due diligence.\n\nThe share exchange agreement will exchange every 1.54 shares of Fortune\nGraphite Inc. with 1 share of Fortune Graphite Pte.
