The Company\nis delighted to be awarded the DIA approval by the Peruvian Ministry\nof Energy and Mines (“\n \n MINEM\n \n ”) after more than two years of\nenvironmental baseline studies, archeological assessments, social\nengagement, and government processing. The project consists of 4000 ha of\nmineral concessions 100% owned by Forte’s Peruvian subsidiary, Amaru\nResources S.A.C. (“\n \n Amaru\n \n ”). The prospect occurs within a\nmagmatic arc composed of late Cretaceous to early Paleocene plutons\ntraceable from Perú’s southern border to at least 200 km to the\nnorthwest of Arequipa. The Paleocene component of the magmatic arc\ndefines the Southern Perú Copper Belt, known to host several giant\nporphyry Cu-Mo deposits, including Cerro Verde, Quellaveco, Cuajone\nand, Toquepala (Figure 1).\n \n \n \n GlobeTrotters Resources Perú S.A.C.
