(“\n \n GlobeTrotters\n \n ”). Both are situated on\na contiguous 4700 ha block of concessions that were initially acquired\nby Globetrotters from Compañía Minera Ares S.A.C.\n(“\n \n Ares\n \n ”) in exchange for a 1.0% NSR royalty interest. These\nconcessions were transferred to Forte’s Peruvian subsidiary,\nCordillera Resources Perú S.A.C., in exchange for a one-time cash\npayment of US$25,000.\n \n \n The Alto Ruri prospect was drill tested by Compañía de Minas\nBuenaventura (“\n \n Buenaventura\n \n ”) in 1997 who completed a\ntwo-stage, 12-hole drill program that included eight (8) NQ core and a\nfour (4) reverse circulation (“\n \n RC\n \n ”) drill holes totalling\n2254.5 m. GlobeTrotters’ then subsidiary Rio Marañon Minerals\nS.A.C. (“\n \n Rio Marañon\n \n ”) re-analysed portions of the core\nfrom the eight (8) diamond drill holes in 2011 with hole 001-97\nreturning significant Au values averaging 2.55 g/t Au over 131 m\nstarting from surface, including 54 m of 5.39 g/t Au\n \n 1\n \n (Tables 1 and 2).
