The consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board and, where appropriate, reflect management's best estimates and judgments based on currently available information.\n \n \n Management has developed and maintains a system of internal controls to obtain reasonable assurance that transactions are authorized, the financial information reported is accurate and reliable in all material respects and that the Company's assets are appropriately accounted for and adequately safeguarded.\n \n \n The Company's independent auditors, BDO Audit Pty Ltd, who are appointed by the Directors, conduct an audit in accordance with Canadian generally accepted auditing standards.
