Frewin to the Company's\nBoard of Directors.\nMr. Frewin obtained a law degree at Trinity Hall Cambridge receiving BA\n(Hons) in 1984 and was recipient of the Dr Cooper Award in his college final\nyear. Mr. Frewin is the author of various articles on aspects of project\nfinancing and received an acknowledgement in J.G. Collier's \"International Law\nand Practice - the Conflicts of Law\". Mr Frewin is included in Euromoney's\n\"Guide to the World's Leading Project Finance Lawyers\".\nFor most of his career, Mr. Frewin has specialized in mining and metals\npractices and financing for numerous international projects including the\nMantos Blancos copper mine in Chile, Lisheen zinc mine in Ireland, Kasese\ncobalt mine in Uganda, Bulyanhulu gold and copper mine in Tanzania, the\nKansanshi copper mine in Zambia, a rutile project in Sierra Leone and a nickel\nproject in Turkey.\nHe is currently international counsel for First Quantum Minerals a\nCanadian company listed in both London and Toronto and with its corporate\nheadquarters in Vancouver. Mr Frewin is advising FQM in relation to its\nongoing mining operations and development projects including the 102,000 tpa\nKansanshi copper mine, the gold-copper deposit at Guelb Moghrein Mauritania\nand the copper/cobalt development at Lufua in the DRC.\nForsys is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Roger Laine,\nPh.D., P.Geos. (APEGBC) to the Company's Advisory Board.\nMr. Laine is an experienced geological engineer with a Ph.D. in\ngeosciences from the University of Arizona at Tucson. Mr. Laine has over 23\nyears of international industry experience throughout the Americas, West &\nCentral Africa and Europe. Specializing in exploration, development,\ngeostatistics and reserve estimating, underground and open-pit mines, grade\nand quality control using advance computerized information systems.\nParticularly, his 14+ years uranium experience working for Cogema and\ntheir subsidiaries as a senior manager exploring for roll-front, granite\nhosted and Permian stratigraphically controlled deposits in France, Canada, US\nand Mexico will prove to be an invaluable asset as the Company advances the\...
