Project Funding Update: France
EQTEC plc has secured further private funding to advance its methanation projects in France, receiving an additional €50,000 for the Istres Green Gas Provence project, bringing GRDF's total contribution for pre-FEED engineering to €177,000. Additionally, a second consortium led by EQTEC has been awarded €400,000 in private funding from GRDF for an R&D program to deploy an integrated methanation system at EQTEC's demo site, from which the company expects to receive approximately €150,000. This funding will support the installation of methanation equipment and a six-month test program to demonstrate the upgrading of EQTEC's syngas into renewable methane. Disclaimer*
