Forgent plc (AIM: FORG), the technology-led energy transition and natural resources platform, announces that, further to its announcement on 14 April 2026 an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at the offices of Philip Lee LLP, Connaught House, One Burlington Road, Dublin 4, D04 C5Y6, Ireland at 12.00 noon on Thursday, 14 May 2026 (the "EGM").
