[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n24 November 2023\n \nEQTEC plc \n(\"EQTEC\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\") \n \nNotice of Extraordinary General Meeting (the \"EGM\")\nProposed Capital Reorganisation and Share Consolidation\n \nEQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), a global technology innovator powering distributed, decarbonised, new energy infrastructure through its waste-to-value solutions for hydrogen, biofuels, and energy generation, announces that, further to its announcement on 20 November 2023 (the \"Announcement\"), a circular (the \"Circular\") is being sent to shareholders today.\n \nThe Circular contains a notice of EGM to approve the capital reorganisation proposed by the Company in the Announcement (the \"Capital Reorganisation\").
