EQTEC PLC has officially changed its name to Forgent plc, effective from 8:00 a.m. on 26 February 2026, following shareholder approval on 12 February 2026. The company will trade under the new ticker code FORG on AIM, reflecting a broadened portfolio, while the EQTEC brand will continue to be associated with its gasification technology.
