[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 0346T\n Foresight Group Holdings Limited\n 19 November 2021\n \n \n \n \n 19 November 2021\n \n \n Foresight Group Holdings Limited\n \n \n Announcement of Foresight Sustainable Forestry Company Plc's results of Initial Public Offering\n \n Foresight Group Holdings Limited (\"Foresight\"), a leading infrastructure and private equity manager, is pleased to note today's announcement by Foresight Sustainable Forestry Company Plc (the \"Company\"), an externally managed investment company that will invest in UK forestry and afforestation assets, of the results of its Initial Public Offering (\"IPO\").\n \n The Company will issue a total of 130,000,000 Ordinary Shares in its IPO on the Premium Segment of the Official List and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, raising gross proceeds of £130 million at the Issue Price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share by way of its Initial Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer.
