Focus Solutions Group PLC 18 October 2000 FOCUS SOLUTIONS GROUP PLC ('the Company') DIRECTORS' DEALINGS The Company was informed on 30 June 2000 that, Mr Piers Brooke, a non executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 190p per Ordinary Share on 30 June 2000. Following this transaction, Mr Piers Brooke has a beneficial interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
