[{"type":"text","content":"\n Focus Solutions Group PLC\n14 June 2007\n\n\nEmbargoed until 7am 14 June 2007\n\n Focus Solutions Group plc (\"Focus\" or \"the Group\")\n\n Focus Solutions Group plc signs restructured licence agreement with Openwork\n Limited\n\nFocus Solutions Group plc (AIM:FSG), is pleased to announce it has signed a\nrestructured enterprise licence agreement with existing client Openwork Limited,\na financial services multi-tie distribution company.\n\nThe enterprise licence agreement is for the Openwork Trading Platform (Openwork\nis the UK's largest stand-alone, exclusive multi-tied, directly authorised\ndistribution network) and for multiple sales processes covering the MCOB\n(Mortgage Conduct of Business), ICOB (Insurance Conduct of Business) and COB\n(Conduct of Business) business streams.\n\nThe contract is worth between £650,000 and £900,000 over five years and includes\nlicence, support and maintenance fees for several aspects of the Focus\ntechnology product suite and a number of solutions.\n\nNeil Ratcliffe, IT and Business Change Director from Openwork said: \"Focus were\nthe obvious choice for the new Openwork Trading Platform, as they have a proven\ntrack record within the industry for supplying successful e-commerce solutions.\nWe look forward to realising the same business benefits from this implementation\nas with previous sales solutions developed by Focus.\"\n\nRichard Stevenson, Chief Executive, Focus Solutions Group said: \"Openwork is\nmaking real progress in the multi-tie market and we are very pleased to be\ncontinuing our relationship with them.
