Retirement of Directors

Katoro Gold plc (AIM: KAT), the strategic and precious minerals exploration and development company, announces today that non-executive directors Paul Dudley and Myles Campion have informed the Company that they will not be available for re-election to the Board at the forthcoming AGM due to other interests they wish to pursue going forward. In light of these circumstances, the Company therefore agreed with Mr. Dudley and Mr. Campion that they will retire as Directors of Katoro Gold plc with immediate effect.

The Company wish to thank both gentlemen for their dedicated support and contribution to the Company during their tenure over the last several years and wish them the very best in their future endeavours.
