(\"SoloPower\") (the \"Acquisition\")\n· SoloPower is a US headquartered pioneer in flexible and lightweight high-performance solar materials\n· On-going intensive due diligence and corporate finance transaction analysis to complete the Acquisition and raise equity financing to fund the Acquisition, as well as the future investment and working capital requirements of SoloPower\n· Amended heads of agreement entered into with Hudson on 17 March 2016, to allow Hudson the ability to complete a financing of SoloPower without an exclusive requirement to effect the Acquisition at the same time.
