Prior to her tenure at TP Aerospace Group, Tinneke held various positions within the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group and FLSmidth. She has demonstrated strong capabilities in managing complex organisations, with a proven track record that includes leading successful ERP implementations, finance standardisation and transformation initiatives, and the offshoring of finance operations.
