A timetable of events relating to these results is as follows:-\n \n\n\n\n\nFY24 Preliminary results announcement via RNS\n\n\n07.00hrs, 9 April 2025\n\n\n\n\nPublication of the 2024 Annual results & financial statements and uploaded to the Group website\n\n\nw/c. 14 April\n\n\n\n\nDistribution of the Financial statements, Notice of Meeting and Form of proxy to shareholders\n\n\nearly May\n\n\n\n\nAnnual General Meeting\n\n\n11.00hrs, 17 June 2025\n\n\n\n\n \nResults presentations\nThe Company will also be streaming the following presentations on the day of publication of the results, with all sessions being hosted by the Company's CEO Mike England and CFO Russell Cash.
