[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8493F Flowtech Fluidpower PLC 22 May 2017 \n\n22 May 2017\n \n \nFlowtech Fluidpower plc\n(\"Flowtech\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nIssue of Equity and Total Voting Rights\nFlowtech (AIM: FLO), the specialist technical fluid power products supplier, today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of securities in respect of 250,401 ordinary shares of £0.50 each (\"New Ordinary Shares\") to be admitted to trading on AIM.\nThese New Ordinary Shares have been issued in order to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the Enterprise Management Incentive Plan. It is expected that admission will become effective on 23 May 2017.\nNew Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.\nFollowing Admission, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 51,662,016.
