Flomerics Group PLC 12 December 2001 FLOMERICS GROUP PLC 12 DECEMBER 2001 Notification of Interest Flomerics Group plc (the 'Company') has been informed by a letter dated 11 December 2001 from Friends Ivory & Sime plc that following a purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each on 10 December 2001 their client, Ivory & Sime UK Discovery Trust, is now interested in 785,000 ordinary shares representing 5.36% of the issued share capital of the Company. Accordingly, Friends Ivory & Sime plc is now interested in 2,297,500 ordinary shares representing 15.69% of the issued share capital.
