[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 5613M\n Flowtech Fluidpower PLC\n 12 May 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Tuesday 12 May 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n FLOWTECH FLUIDPOWER PLC\n \n \n (\"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Board Changes\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Flowtech Fluidpower plc (AIM: FLO), the leading specialist supplier of technical fluid power components and services, announces that Non-Executive Director and Executive Chairman designate, Bill Wilson, will step down as a director of the Company\n \n with effect from the conclusion of the AGM on the 10 June 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n As a result, we are pleased to announce that Roger McDowell will become Non-Executive Chairman from the 1 August 2020. Roger will initially join the Board as an Independent Director following the AGM before then replacing Malcolm Diamond MBE as Non-Executive Chairman.\n \n \n \n \n \n From the 1 August 2020, the Board will be comprised of Roger McDowell (Non-Executive Chairman), Bryce Brooks (Chief Executive Officer), Russell Cash (Chief Financial Officer), and Malcolm Diamond and Nigel Richens (Non-Executive Directors). It remains our intention to identify a new Non-Executive Director to join the Board and discussions with a number of potential candidates have commenced.
