[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nNEWS RELEASE\nIssued on behalf of Flowtech Fluidpower plc\nImmediate Release\n \nFriday, 19 May 2023\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \nFLOWTECH FLUIDPOWER PLC\n(\"Flowtech\" or \"the Company\")\n \nAVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS\n&\n2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING\n \n \nFlowtech Fluidpower plc (AIM: FLO), the specialist full-service provider of technical fluid power products and services, confirms that the 2022 Annual report, together with the Notice convening the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and form of Proxy have been sent to all shareholders yesterday (18 May 2023) by either electronic means or posted to those who have elected to receive hard copies.\n \nAGM\nThe AGM will be at 10.00am on Tuesday, 13 June 2023 at the Group's Headquarters, Flowtech Fluidpower plc, Bollin House, Bollin Walk, Wilmslow Cheshire, SK9 1DP.\nIn order to allow shareholders to follow the proceedings of the AGM without attending in person, the Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company platform. However, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the AGM via the platform and are therefore requested to submit their votes via proxy, as early as possible.\nShareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board to consider.
