Acquisition of Office Space

Flomerics Group PLC 18 September 2001 Flomerics Group PLC (the 'Company') 18 September 2001 Acquisition of additional office space Due to an expansion in the Company's underlying business, the Company has acquired additional office space in Hampton Court to supplement its existing premises currently held in the area under lease. Completion occurred on 14 September 2001 for the freehold of 76 Bridge Road, Hampton Court for a consideration of £1.1 million. The consideration will be financed in part by a mortgage of £700,000, the balance being paid from the Company's existing financial reserves. END
