Aston Hill Asset Management Inc. announces upcoming termination of Aston Hill Global Resource Fund

TORONTO, June 21, 2012 /CNW/ - Aston Hill Asset Management Inc., the manager of Aston Hill Global Resource Fund (the "Fund"), announced today its intention to terminate the Fund effective on or after August 20, 2012.  In recent years, the size of the Fund has reduced to a point where the manager believes it no longer economically viable to maintain.  The Fund will continue to be managed in accordance with its current investment objectives and strategies until its termination date.  However, effective immediately, the Fund will be closed to new purchases of units.
