Tuckamore responds to statement of claim by Brompton Corp.

TORONTO, June 15, 2015 /CNW/ - Tuckamore Capital Management Inc. (TSX: TX, and TX.DB.B) ("Tuckamore" or the "Company") and certain of its affiliates have been made aware that Brompton Corp. ("Brompton") has filed a statement of claim seeking damages of approximately $4.1 million for indemnification in respect of notices of reassessment received by Brompton from the Canada Revenue Agency.

Tuckamore intends to defend itself vigourously against such claims.
