Fletcher King plc (AIM: FLK), the chartered surveyors and asset managers, provides the following trading update for the year ended 30 April 2024 and notice of results.

Further to the Half-Year Report announced on 21 December 2023, which noted a cautionary business outlook for the second half of the financial year, the Directors are now pleased to report a strong second half business performance. Revenue for the year is now expected to be materially higher than management expectations, with a corresponding increase in profitability.

The Company reported a profit before taxation of £192,000 for the year ended 30 April 2023. Overall, it now expects to report profit before taxation for the year ended 30 April 2024 that is likely to be in the range of two to three times higher than last year.

The Company expects to announce Final Results for the year ended 30 April 2024 before the end of August 2024.
