Fletcher King plc (the "Company") has posted its report and accounts and a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to shareholders today.

As announced on 15 August 2025 the Company proposes a final dividend of 2.25p per share. The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM and will be paid on 24 October 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 September 2025. The ex-dividend date is 25 September 2025.
