(TSXV:NOC)\n(\n \n \n OTC\n \n \n :NOCSF)\n(“\n \n \n Norseman\n \n \n ” or the “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ”) is pleased to provide a Corporate\nUpdate on its exploration and Corporate activities in 2021.\n \n \n \n \n During 2021 Norseman’s exploration team has been very\nactive advancing the Company’s projects in British Columbia, Canada,\nand in Rio Negro Province, Argentina. Exploration programs have been\nconducted in British Columbia on the Silver Switchback, Silver Vista\nand Caribou projects. In Argentina, exploration is currently underway\non the Taquetren project.\n \n \n \n \n Taquetren project\n \n \n \n \n In Rio Negro Province, Argentina, crews are now in the\nfield on the Taquetren project. The project is located in an\nunderexplored region that hosts Patagonia Gold’s Calcatreau\nGold-Silver Deposit and Pan American’s Navidad, one of the world’s\nlargest undeveloped silver deposits. The exploration program is being\nconducted by seasoned professionals with extensive exploration\nexperience in Argentina.\n \n \n \n \n Field work is focused on rock and stream sediment\nsampling and work is also in the process to expand the land package\nthrough the acquisition of additional grounds adjacent to the project.\nThis program is expected to be completed by the end of 2021 with\nresults available in late December or early January 2022. Norseman\nplans to continue to expand its exploration at Taquetren through an\naccelerated exploration program in Q1, 2022.\n \n \n \n \n Silver Switchback\n \n \n \n \n On Silver Switchback an extensive geochemical program\nhas been completed, with geochemical rock and grid soil sampling\nprimarily involving the collection of samples to extend the grid\ncoverage of previously mapped areas.. The total geochemical soil grid\narea is now about 4.20km. X 1.5km, expanding the known mineralized\nzones.
