Ltda and Inversiones y\nAsesorias Doce S.A (“the\n \n Vendors\n \n ”). The project comprises 18,000 Ha of concessions,\nat an average altitude of 2,200 m. The project is located 210 km by\nroad to Santiago, 56 km south of Los Pelambres, 97 km north of Los\nBronces, and 80 km from the coast.   The option agreement was signed\non November 23, 2023.\n \n \n Highlights:\n \n \n \n \n Anomalous copper in several zones along a 10 km structural corridor\n \n \n \n \n Coincident soil and geophysical anomalies form a large target at\n“Cerro Las Mulas”\n \n \n \n \n Cerro Las Mulas is drill-ready and hosts mineralization at surface\n \n \n \n \n Campbell Smyth, Norseman's Chairman, commented:\n \n \n “Caballos offers a unique opportunity to explore a significant\ncopper target that was advanced to its current drill-ready status by\nVale.
