Exploration has\nsuccessfully discovered a low sulphidation (LS) epithermal vein system\nwithin its 285 sq. km Taquetren project in Rio Negro,\nArgentina.\n \n \n \n \n Towards the southern sections of the group of claims\n(or SSW sections of Coiron 3 claim), the team encountered a highly\nmineralized vein with distinct Cu sulfides/oxides (Veta Juan). A\ncalcite-quartz-sulfide vein (10-20 cm wide) and traceable to a strike\nlength of about 300 meters was observed. Seven (7) samples collected\nalong the vein’s strike (outcrop and floats) all assayed >1% Cu.\nFour of the samples contain >100 ppm Ag, two of which having\n>200 ppm Ag. Gold is also anomalous and ranges in values from 0.06\nto 0.49 ppm. Although the structure is quite narrow, this is a very\nencouraging occurrence and an indication of a currently perceived\nCalcatreu-type of mineralization in the area. This certainly comes in\nas one distinct target area.\n \n \n \n \n Along the western portion of the claims, and still\nfollowing the margins of a circular structure,\n \n \n Norseman’s team has also encountered the same\ngeology/stratigraphic sequence similar to the Navidad setting i.e.,\ncarbonate rocks on top of a volcanic breccia rock unit. These rocks\nserve as the favorable host rocks of the Ag and poly-metallic\nmineralization at Navidad. No evidence of previous exploration on the\nground has been identified. The Company staked an additional 300 sq.\nkm in Q4 2021 that is contiguous to the original Taquetren claims to\nexpand the property boundaries.\n \n \n \n \n Taquetren is located in the Navidad-Calcatreau Mining\nDistrict in SW Rio Negro Province, and approximately 30 km north of\nChubut Province.
