Fiske PLC 19 February 2001 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FISKE PLC 19 February 2001 ADDITIONAL LISTING Following the exercise of options over 20,000 ordinary 25p shares the company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 20,000 ordinary 25p shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market. It is expected that the 20,000 ordinary 25p shares will be admitted to trading on 23 February 2001. The issued ordinary share capital of the company following the issue becomes 6,520,000 ordinary 25p shares. END
