FIRSTIME DESIGN LIMITED sets annual meeting date

            New Berlin, Wis., February 03, 2012…The Board of Directors of FirsTime Design Limited (Pink Quotes: MDLL) has set June 12, 2012 as the date for the 2012 annual meeting of shareholders.  The meeting will be held at the company’s executive offices, at 10:00 a.m. (local time).  One proposal will be voted on by the shareholders, the election of directors. 

            FirsTime Design Limited has completed the first phase of a multi-year restructuring plan that was initiated when shareholders approved the stock recapitalization plan in December of 2010.

“We recognize the significant challenges confronting our business – dramatic changes within our industry; and, a persistently weak economy,” said Christopher D. Bering, president of FirsTime Manufactory, “and we have tackled them head-on.  We have acted to reduce our operating costs, while taking steps to increase our revenues by strategically exploring and penetrating new channels of distribution.”

Bering went on to say, “We believe we have been successful in our endeavors: Cost reductions, including a move into new headquarters, have reduced operating costs by approximately 30%; and the addition of new and substantial customers in Q4 of 2011 has improved our revenue generation.”

“We believe our actions have put the company in a better position for long term growth,” Bering stated. “We anticipate an increase in our sales and profits for 2012, both as a direct result of the execution of cost-reductions, and an aggressive sales and marketing plan.”
