On February 22, 2011, the Company’s shares began trading under the symbol MDLLD and will do so for 20 business days after which the symbol will return to MDLL. The corporate actions effected by the Company include the conversion of all of the preferred stock into common stock, followed by a 1:10 reverse stock split of the common stock. All shares of preferred stock have been cancelled. Our transfer and exchange agent, BNY Mellon Shareholder Services will deliver shares of common stock resulting from the conversion and the reverse stock split as soon as is possible.
