(TSX:NVL) have accepted the $US44.93\n per share cash offer from Hindalco Industries Limited (BSE:HINDALCO).\n Novelis Inc. will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped\n Composite, the S&P/TSX Equity, Capped Equity and Equity 60, the\n S&P/TSX 60 and 60 Capped and the S&P/TSX Capped Materials Indices.\n First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (TSX:FM) will replace Novelis Inc. in the\n S&P/TSX 60, 60 Capped and Equity 60 indices.
