Registration is via https://www.investormeetcompany.com/first-property-group-plc/register-investor. Once registered, invitations to the AGM and to future online meetings held on the platform will automatically be sent.\n \nShareholders are invited to submit questions in advance of the meeting via the Investor Meet Company platform up until 9.00 am the day before the meeting or to [email protected]. In addition, questions can be posted online during the meeting. However, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the meeting and are therefore urged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.\n \nIf any shareholders wish to attend in person, the Board kindly requests that they pre-register their intentions to attend by emailing the Company Secretary, Jill Aubrey, at [email protected].\n \nInvestors can sign up to Investor Meet Company for free and add to meet FIRST PROPERTY GROUP PLC via: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/first-property-group-plc/register-investor.
