This is in order to comply with \n Government guidance (at the date of this RNS) which prohibits large indoor gatherings due to COVID-19.\n \n \n \n \n \n Only the formal business of the AGM will be carried out in order to satisfy relevant legal requirements and for shareholders to vote on the requisite resolutions. Arrangements have been made for a quorum of two shareholders to be present at the AGM. Additional shareholders are prohibited from attending the AGM in person. \n \n \n \n \n \n Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit a proxy form in accordance with the instructions in the Notes to the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Shareholders are specifically requested not to appoint a named individual as their proxy but instead to appoint the Chairman of the Meeting. A hard copy of the proxy form can be requested from the Company's registrars, Link Asset Services. \n \n \n Participants will be able to listen to the proceedings of the AGM through the Investor Meet Company platform. Immediately following the conclusion of the AGM there will be a presentation and Q&A session. Registration is via \n \n \n www.investormeetcompany.com\n \n \n and by selecting to follow First Property Group plc. Once registered, automatic invitations to this AGM and to future online meetings held on the platform will be sent.
