Peter Moon now holds a total of 150,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company. \n \nFirst Property has in issue (excluding a total of 3,830,588 ordinary shares held by the Company in treasury) 109,770,527 Ordinary Shares.
