(\"First Mining\" or the \"Company\")\n \n (TSX: FF) (OTCQX: FFMGF) (FRANKFURT: FMG) is pleased to announce that it has completed the previously announced acquisition (the \"\n \n Beattie Offer\n \n \") of all the issued and outstanding common shares of Beattie Gold Mines Ltd. (\"\n \n \n Beattie Gold\n \n \n \") that were not already owned by First Mining.  In addition, First Mining has also concurrently completed the acquisitions of 2699681 Canada Ltd. (\"\n \n 269\n \n Canada\n \n \n \") and 2588111 Manitoba Ltd.
