(the \"Company\") (TSX:FCR), one of Canada's largest owners, developers and managers of grocery anchored, retail-focused urban properties, announced today the results of the election of directors at its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 29, 2018 (the \"Meeting\").\n\nThe total number of common shares represented by shareholders present in person or by proxy at the Meeting was 202,973,349, representing 82.91% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares.\n\nEach of the eight director nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated April 10, 2018 were elected by resolution passed by a majority of the shareholders.
