(\n \n \n the “Company”\n \n \n )\n \n \n (TSXV:GEM\n \n \n )\n \n \n ,\n \n \n (\n \n \n FSE:BK2P\n \n \n )\n \n \n ,\n \n \n (\n \n \n WKN:A2QENP\n \n \n )\n \n \n (\n \n \n OTC:GBMIF)\n \n \n is pleased to announce the acquisition of 1,1622.30\nhectares of mineral claims semi-contiguous to the Berkwood Graphite\nProject (“Berkwood”), located in Northern Quebec. In consideration\nfor 100% interest in the new claims, the Company has agreed to issue\nto the property vendor a warrant to purchase up to 613,000 common\nshares, exercisable at the price of $0.09 per share for three years\nfrom the approval date.\n \n This is an arm's length transaction,\nand there are no finders' fees payable. The terms of this transaction\nare subject to regulatory approval. The securities to be issued will\nbe legend with the required four months plus one day from issuance.\n \n \n Table 1: New Claims List.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company purchased these new claims as they are\nsemi-\n \n \n \n \n contiguous\nto the Companies Berkwood Project. The Berkwood Project features\nmultiple graphite deposits and outcrops.\n \n \n The\nnewly acquired claims also have similar geological and geophysical\nfeatures as Berkwood, and sampling has produced high-grade Graphite at\nthe surface.
