Geo., to the\nposition of Vice President of Exploration, effective\nimmediately.\n\n\nMr. Fournier is a seasoned geologist with over 35 years\nof experience in mineral exploration, beginning his career in 1987. He\nearned a B.Sc. in Geology from Concordia University and an M.Sc. in\nEconomic Geology from McGill University in Montreal, where his\nresearch focused on REE mineralization in the St-Honoré Carbonatite. Throughout his career,\nhe has maintained a strong interest in industrial minerals, high-tech\nmetals, and now critical and strategic minerals essential to modern\ntechnologies.\n\n\nAntoine has been instrumental in several significant\ndiscoveries, including the Knife Lake Graphite Deposit (a high-grade,\nlarge-flake graphite asset in Québec), the Freightrain Diamondiferous Kimberlite, the Youga\nGold Deposit, the Mercier Phosphate, REE and Copper occurrence, and\nmost recently, he led the team awarded \"Discovery of the\nYear\" by the Association de l'Exploration Minière du Québec\n(AEMQ) in 2024 for the Adina Deposit (a major lithium project). He has\nspent much of his professional life in the junior mining ecosystem,\nserving as a geologist and later in senior management\nroles—including VP Exploration, CEO, and/or President—for multiple\nexploration companies developing mineral potential in Canada and\ninternationally.\n\n\nCurrently, Mr. Fournier serves as an Industry\nRepresentative on the Board of Directors of the Ordre des\nGéologues du Québec and\nsits on the GEOTOP Research Center Committee, overseeing geosciences\nresearch across Québec\nuniversities in areas from climate change to natural resources.
