(\"Flint\") announced today that Mr. Ian Reid has been appointed to its Board of Directors effective September 23, 2009. Mr. Reid's relevant oil and gas services and construction industry experience spans his 31-year career with Finning International Inc., the world's largest Caterpillar equipment dealer. Mr. Reid most recently served as President of Finning (Canada), from November 1997 until his retirement in the fall of 2008. Mr. Reid, a resident of Edmonton, Alberta, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard. Mr. Reid is currently Vice Chair of The Churchill Corporation, a publicly traded management company operating in the construction industry in Western Canada. He is immediate Past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), the largest trainer of apprentices in Canada and Alberta's third largest post secondary institution.
