[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2828U FRM Credit Alpha Limited 22 June 2009 \n \nFRM Credit Alpha Limited (the 'Company')\n\nTender Offer - update\n\nThe Company announces that following the Closing Date for the Tender Offer, a total of 68,460,296 shares were validly tendered.\n\nAs a result, the Basic Entitlement of 20% for all Shareholders who have validly tendered their shares will be accepted in full and excess tenders will be satisfied to the extent of approximately 2.29 per cent. of the excess shares tendered.
